I know I know !!  I've been a terrible blogger. I'm trying to improve.. Well today is not the best day ever.. And yes I feel uncomfortable in my on skin today. I hate that my belly hangs out over my pants a bit. And that my thighs feels like to big building!!
 
Why do I feel this way? Well first.. I haven't been working out as much as I used to because of my cold I have. I've been having it for almost 2 weeks and it feels like the longest cold ever. last week I only got to do two workout. I did one BBG circuit and I went on the bike for 16km .. This week I did a workout on Monday but after doing it I began to feel worse again. I tried to do one workout yesterday but fell asleep on the floor half way through. I'm so desperate to get back on track. I hate not being able to do as much as I'm use to!!! 
 
there is one more thing though, my kids are ill aswell, so I have to do more to make them happy and that tires me out. Its not that I don't love doing that it's just exhausting sometimes. But I hope u r all having a better day then me today 🙌🏻
