well today I've been quite busy !! I've been cleaning at home , making dinner and bean with a friend and we went to a café that was really nice!!! They had rawfood cookies so me and my kids we splited a brownie which was made of dates and cacao and also some nuts and coconut oil 🙌🏻👌 it was so delicious !! Now I'm soon going to the gym and do some shoulder workouts .
